CaloriCoolTM Members have research subcontracts from the consortium to perform specific research tasks within the member’s area of expertise based on a scope of work with clearly defined project deliverables and negotiated budget, including cost-share as applicable. This level of participation requires signing CaloriCoolTM master non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and the intellectual property management plan (IPMP).
